As ATA Taekwondo Event Begins:
"Sir:
I will practice in the Spirit of Taekwondo,
With Courtesy for fellow students,
Loyalty for my instructor,
And Respect for my juniors and seniors,
Sir!"
As ATA Taekwondo Event Ends:
"Sir:
I shall live with Perseverance in the Spirit of Taekwondo,
Having Honor with others,
Integrity within myself,
And Self Control in my actions,
Sir!"

(right hand up, reinforced with the left)
Knowledge in the mind
(Hand points to head)
Honesty in the heart
(hand over the heart)
Strength in the body
(right arm makes a muscle, left points to muscle)
To make a good friend
(right hand out for hand shake, reinforced by left)
